I made it to help up-and-coming webmasters get their foot in the door and learn about the tools they need to make a website. I've included a tutorial on how to make your first Neocities site, what to put on that site, site etiquette, and general internet safety-- think adblocking extensions, tools I use to stay safe, and alternatives to popular social media sites.
