Leona Saleh (Codename: Faris) was an intergalactic Pop Star that traveled through the stars before she became a Lancer, performing everywhere from cosmopolitan planets to low-tech rocks in the Outer Rim. She's always been a bright, cheerful, bubbly girl that loved to perform, play and make music for the fun and artistry of it. But her father sold her off to a record company and forced her to perform to fuel his cushy lifestyle. Leona hated it, and hated the fact that her father forced her to do it. But when she saw the way she made people happy with her performances, she grew to...appreciate it, if nothing else, and forced herself to keep a smile on her face as she sang and danced. One day, performing on a Space Colony, Leona found herself under capture by Pirates. A Lancer arrived to save her, and she became enamored with mechas. Their speed. Power. And most importantly: freedom. Against her father's wishes, Leona become a Pilot herself, and learned that she was quite good at it - Lancer quality. She uses her time as a Pilot to destroy corporations as retribution for the freedom that was taken from her. When it's downtime, Leona is still a bubbly, happy go-lucky girl. But in the cockpit, she shows no mercy.
