Heroes by Hearthlight is a tabletop RPG. It uses the Forged in the Dark system and is based off Dungeons & Dragons. It started off as a joke about how people feel the need to port D&D into every popular engine in the same way people try and run Doom on anything with a processor. But over time the project became serious as I tried to extract the things I genuinely love about that style of play away from the bullshit.
