[[2026 Games]]  ## 2026-04-04 It is extremely funny to me how the best **Custom Robo** games are the ones that nobody has played. While I’m a big fan of **Custom Robo** on the [[GameCube]], and plan to replay it this year, it’s at the bottom of the list for me in the series. **Custom Robo Arena** wins out in terms of sheer content and customization. And this game wins out in terms of game-feel. The N64 **Robos** have the perfect balance of weight and speed to its movement and attacks. It feels the best to just *play* moment-to-moment. The first of the two’s only real issue is that, as the first game, it just doesn’t have much in terms of content and customization. But that works in its favor too — you could easily finish it up in a weekend and enjoy yourself. Definitely worth checking out if you wanna see where the series started.
