Once a Customer Story has been created, you can complete it by connecting it to related content. Unlike with Product Records, you use the related section to develop the Customer Story.
To get to the "Related" tab of a Customer Story, find it by using the dropdown at the top of the Story Catalog. Then click the tab.

## Customer Story Section
These are the sections that comprise the body of the Customer Story. Click the "New" button to create a new section, then give it a name. You can choose its order in the Customer Story by changing the Sort Order. Add a headline for the section. Then add the content to the body section. The body of the section is edited using a rich text editor, so you can add lists, bold, hyperlink, and so on.
When you're finished, click the blue "Save" button.
## Customer Story Quote
Here you can add a quote to the Customer Story. Click the "New" button first. Add a name for the quote - the standard is to give the "Name, Organization" of the person being quoted. For example, "Dan Walsh, Spotify".
Add the quote in the Quotation field. Then add the person's name, title, and company. Finally, click the blue "Save" button.

## Customer Story Video
This section allows you to add a video to the Customer Story via embedding. Click the "New" button to get started.
Name the video, then select the embed type from the dropdown. You can select from Kaltura, Vidyard or YouTube. Then add the Embed ID. This can be found at the end of the video's URL.
Add a description, which appears under the video, and any other necessary information. You can also check the "Is Featured?" box if
## Customer Story Product
This section allows you to add Product Records that are relevant to the Customer Story. Click the "New" button, then search for the product using the "Search Products" bar. Then select it from the dropdown that appears. Add the sort order by choosing the number, with "1" being the top of the list. Finally, click the blue "Save" button.
## Customer Story People
Add contacts relevant to the Customer Story here. Click the "New" button, then search for the relevant person using the "Search Contacts" bar. If you don't see the person, you can also create a new contact by clicking the respective button from the dropdown that appears and filling the information out. Add the sort order by choosing the number, with "1" being the top of the list. Finally, click the blue "Save" button.
## Customer Story Organization
Add organizations relevant to the Customer Story here. Click the "New" button, then search for the relevant organization using the "Search Organization" bar. If you don't see the person, you can also create a new organization by clicking the respective button from the dropdown that appears and filling the information out. Add the sort order by choosing the number, with "1" being the top of the list. Finally, click the blue "Save" button.
