Every **Baby Assassins** movie is so good, and generally better than the last. The third movie was definitely the best blend of comedy while actually having some tension and high-stakes. I didn't mind the slice-of-life bent in the first two films, but I know it turned some people off - I would say try this one out if you felt that way!
Also: I'm not usually one to pay much attention to costume design, especially in a present-day film, but God the fits in these movies are *so good*. I legit need to scrub through them again and use them for inspiration. To be fair, these movies just have tons of style and flair to them in general, so it makes sense, but like damn! Go off y'all.

One other thing I appreciate is the work that Akari Takaishi put into the roll this time! Usually Saori Izawa takes the spotlight in the action scenes - which makes sense given that she's the trained martial artist - but it was nice to see Takaishi do some cool physical scenes. It's clear she's put more training in by the time we got to this third film. Go off queen.
But yeah, great movie, loved it, love these two lesbians, watch **Baby Assassins**! Vastly underappreciated in the martial arts film space imo.[^1]
