## 2025-01-17 This was a funny-ass movie! Not exactly a ground-breaking statement, but you'll forgive me for being worried a movie from 1980 might not have aged very well. But barring like, two or three jokes max, **Airplane!** is a solid comedy. It's also unironically a great film for people with ADHD - that's me chat - since it has a joke like every 5 seconds, as well as lots of background gags that kept my attention the whole way through. Pretty funny how many well-worn memes I'm familar with came from this movie and I just wasn't aware, like the "sweating pilot" gif. But yeah, honestly not much to write here - if you want 90 minutes of jokes then I think it'd be hard to do better than **Airplane!** as far as movies go.
