Here it is a place where I see that atomic notes would help. The video is the primary input. You then create a summary of the video. And once again split that summary into atomic notes with a single idea per note.
This way, even if the video is lost, you'll keep the knowledge derived from it on both your summary and your atomic notes.
As you're writing things with your own words, you'll fixate more of that in your brain and as these are text and possibly diagrams, space used would be much less than what you have today.
It will also be easier to correlate subjects between videos.
